Shipping Policy
Knives that are in stock will generally ship in one to two days. Knives that are not in stock may take up to two weeks. I will do my best to keep you informed as to shipping progress but please don't hesitate to contact me for updates. Orders over $100 are normally sent via USPS Priority Mail. Others First Class Mail.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund or replace it as appropriate. Knives that have been used or abused and custom orders will be refunded or replaced at my discretion.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are secondary to website orders and maintaining stock and I will work on them as I am able to. I try to be transparent and realistic in my time estimates but please be prepared to wait.
